For a free graphical program that can be adapted without much knowledge in programming, DAQFactory Express is a good option.
DAQFactory - Full support for all LabJack DAQ devices (U12, UD, LJM).
ProfiLab & RealView - Supports all LabJack DAQ Devices (U12, UD, T7). Supports command-response mode only—no high-speed stream mode. On the T7, support is via direct Modbus TCP rather than LJM, so only Ethernet & WiFi are supported, not USB.
Flowstone - Supports the U3 only.
Interface Innovations LabVIEW Toolkit - Supports UD devices (U3/U6/UE9). This is a high-level toolkit for LabVIEW, but keep in mind that LabVIEW is still a programming language.
Modbus Clients - Supports T7 over Ethernet/WiFi. Any software that speaks Modbus TCP can talk to the T7 over Ethernet/WiFi. All device features are supported via Modbus TCP, but most generic software will not know how to use high-speed stream mode.
SIGVIEW - Supports the LabJack U3 and U6 on Windows. A signal analysis software package that can sample analog inputs in high-speed stream mode.

Profilab? Supports all the
Profilab? Supports all the Labjacks and is very easy to use....http://www.abacom-online.de/uk/html/profilab-expert.html
Many thanks for the hint
Many thanks for the hint !
Profilab is great. I started to experiment with the demo and after few hours bought the full version.
After another full day of experimentation I am more and more excited, this software is a perfect fit.
While DaqFactory is likely to please software oriented people -
Profilab will meet the expections of hardware oriented people.
In case your brain is used to think in hardware, then Profilab is highly intuitive and surprisingly powerfull.
Another fantastic feature is the included compiler, which produces exe-files in order to run your
projects also on any other windows computer without profilab installation.
