LabJack Operation Status

Updated June 8th, 2020

During the COVID-19 crisis, this page will be updated to properly reflect our operating status at all times.

During regular USA Mountain Time business hours, LabJack engineers are available through email and chat.  We are working from home and working at the office.

We are processing and shipping all orders.

As an Essential Business, and supplier to many Essential Businesses, we are obligated to continue full operations to the best of our ability.

All other products have more than 1 month's worth of stock on hand.

Supply Chain

Some disruptions due to manufacturing interruptions in the Far East.  We normally have a couple months worth of stock of all products, so most are fine, but some are experiencing fulfillment delays.

To Our Suppliers

LabJack is a developer/manufacturer/provider of measurement & automation equipment.  Specifically, we make tools that provide the critical link between computers and the real world (sensors/actuators).  Our customers are located all over the world and include:

  • Medical.
  • Industrial and manufacturing.
  • Research & Development.
  • Education.
  • Army, Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard.
  • Defense contractors.
  • All 17 USA national laboratories plus many foreign labs.
  • At least 16 companies working on COVID-19 vaccines, therapies and testing.

We need the continued support of our suppliers, so that we can continue to support our customers.  We urge you to take steps to secure your ability to operate and make us immediately aware if you encounter any limitations and disruptions.

Following are letters LabJack has received from a few of our critical customers emphasizing the need for continued support and supply of products, and as a supplier to LabJack these requests extend to you:

Per memorandums from the DoD dated March 20, 2020, and CISA dated March 19, 2020, President Trump has issued a guideline that "If you work in a critical infrastructure industry, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, you have a special responsibility to maintain your normal work schedule."  LabJack itself and many of LabJack's customers fall under this description, and thus LabJack is obligated to keep operating and will continue to provide support and products to the best of our ability.

Also realize that critical businesses in Colorado must still comply with social distancing requirements.  Please contact us before visiting.
