What is Max current that  ANI could manage.

The AINs have ~2.2 kΩ of series impedance and can survive ±20V. The current that will be drawn under those conditions can vary. A rough estimate would be (20 V - 14 V)2.2kΩ = 2.7 mA. The 14 V comes from the internal power rail clamp.

Thanks. Especificly, with a shunt (1 ohm). How much current could I measure without damage AIN.

When measuring a shunt the

When measuring a shunt the current will not flow through the AIN. With 1 Ω you can measure ±10A. Just be sure to watch the common mode voltage. For proper measurement the voltage on the AINs should not exceed ±10V from the LabJack's GND.
