U3 - HV measuring voltage

Hello LabJack,

I Have few questions to be sure that i understood right some informations.

1 - On AIN0 and AIN1 I can measure voltage between 0 and 10V . Is that correct?

2 - On the rest of IO ports i can measure voltage between 0 and 2.4 V. Is that correct ?

3 - Resolution of LabJack is 10 bits which means 1024 samples on interval. That means if i use it for measure 0-10V i can measure this in steps of 0.009V and if I use it in range 0-2.4V i can measure in steps of 0.002V . Is that correct?

Thank you very much

Yes, yes, and no.

1.  Yes.  Actually the normal range of AIN0-3 is +/-10 volts.
2.  Yes.
3.  No.  Resolution is 12-bits, so with +/-10V range the voltage resolution is 20/4096 = 5mV and with 0-2.4V range the voltage resolution is 2.4/4096=600uV.

Ok,

Ok,

So on AIN0-3 i can read 5mV steps and on the rest i can read 600uV steps.

Thank you very much
