Kipling connectivity Issue with LabJack4

Kipling connectivity Issue with LabJack4

The Kipling with LabJack4 was working fine. After putting the PC on sleep and on again, the LaBJack isn't detectable by Kibling, but it is detected in the Device Manager. The software was uninstalled and reinstalled, but the issue is still there. Any suggestions?

I believe we spoke via live chat recently. Were you able to resolve the issue with our recommendations? To summarize, I recommended closing all software, unplugging the T4, plugging it back in, then try to connect in Kipling. If that did not work, I recommended updating Windows, restarting your computer, then try opening the device in Kipling again. If that did not help, see the advanced log file troubleshooting on our installer troubleshooting page:

Another good thing to verify is that the supply voltage is within spec (5V ±0.25V) using a DMM between VS and GND. When using a DMM, please ensure you have a good electrical connection to the screw terminals:
