Check the product and accessories pages for availability. In stock items generally ship in 0-2 days when orders are placed online through our website.  

In stock, domestic (within the U.S.A.), small quantity (orders that don't require multiple boxes to be shipped, between 0-10 products depending on their size) orders placed through the website before 3-4pm (Denver Colorado time) that select next day or second day shipping options with UPS are generally shipped the same day the order is placed.  We do our best to make these orders a priority as we understand some customers need their orders filled ASAP. Unfortunately, we can't always meet this goal and therefore can't guarantee same day shipping.

Everything we sell is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product or just don't need it, contact us to arrange your choice of a refund or replacement.

Warranty

Everything we sell is covered by a 1-year (at least) limited warranty, covering products and parts against defects in material or workmanship. Many products can be damaged by misconnection (such as connecting 120 VAC directly to any of the screw terminals on a LabJack U3/U6/UE9/U12), and this warranty does not cover damage obviously caused by the customer. In the case of warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping to LabJack Corporation, and LabJack Corporation will pay for return ground shipping.

Placing An Order

The preferred method of placing an order is through this secure online system. Go to the main products page to get started.

We also accept email, fax, mail, and phone orders. You can print out the Manual Order Form (opens in new window) if desired.  If you haven't already created a user account on our website, please make one before sending us an order as the first step is usually for you to make a user account or for us to make one for you and assign you a random password.  Orders not placed through our website can sometimes face an additional 0-2 day delay depending on the current backlog of online and other non-standard orders.

An educational discount is offered to educational institutions. Contact LabJack for the coupon code to get the discount. To determine if an order qualifies for the educational discount, we generally look for a shipping address to a school.

Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment is credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

We do accept purchase orders (USA/Canada only) from schools, corporations, and government. You can email, fax, or mail your purchase order. If it is your first order, please include credit references. Please include an email address or make a user account on our website.

If your order is for a tax-exempt Colorado organization, create an account and contact us with your username. We'll give you tax-exempt status so you can enter your tax exemption ID in the online ordering system and avoid sales tax.

Shipping Options

To determine shipping & handling charges, add items to your cart.

LabJack gives our customers the ability to provide their own shipping account and therefore choose non-standard shipping options.  When using shipping options other than UPS orders may face additional delays due to us not having scheduled pick-ups with other shipping companies.  These delays are usually on the order of 0-2 days.

All Shipments are "FOB Origin" (Mode of Transportation, Shipping Terms)

Rules regarding the responsibility and cost of shipments are described by the North American term "FOB Origin", which is the most common shipping terms used by everyone.  This is similar to the Incoterm "CPT":
  • LabJack prepays the upfront shipping cost.  A shipping charge is generally included in the customer's invoice to cover this cost.
  • Any amount we prepay does not include possible taxes/duty/brokerage that might be owed upon delivery and collected by the courier.
  • Once the courier picks up the shipment from the origin (our office), the shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. To help protect the buyer we only ship by methods which include tracking and offer insurance, and in the event of loss, damage, or other problems we provide all assistance possible.

We also offer Incoterm "EXW", of course, where the customer picks up the package from our office in Lakewood, CO, or otherwise arranges transportation.
