Support Communication Options

  • Forums: Our forum has boards for general news/comments, Linux, Mac, LabJack hardware, and more. If you have a question that is not answered by our documentation, please check out our forum. If your issue has not been discussed, and you think it is appropriate for public viewing, we encourage you to post to our online forum. LabJack Support is automatically notified by email whenever there is a new posting.

Newsletter Signup

Anyone using or interested in LabJack measurement and automation devices is encouraged to sign up for the LabJack newsletter. It is used to announce support bulletins, software upgrades, and LabJack news. The estimated mailing frequency of the newsletter is once a week to once a month. Your contact information is not released to anyone.
