Everything we sell has a 30-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to arrange your choice of a refund or replacement, an RMA number will be provided. Please then return the device to the address below, clearly marked with the RMA number. An automated reply will be sent at the following times during the refund process:
- On issuing the RMA number
- On receiving the RMA device(s)
- After refund has been processed, and funds are transferred
There are no restocking fees, but there are no refunds on shipping fees. If the package is significantly damaged there is a 15% repackaging fee. Beyond 30 days a partial refund may be possible, please contact us for details.
Repairs
To obtain an RMA number, please contact us. If we are not able to resolve your issue remotely, an RMA number will be provided. Please then return the device to the address below, clearly marked with the RMA number. An automated reply will be sent at the following times during the repair process:
- On issuing the RMA number
- On receiving the RMA device(s)
- After repairs are complete and the device(s) are shipped (typically with tracking information)
If requested, additional repair notifications can be provided. Repairs are often free, even beyond the 1 year warranty. Only LabJack products are eligible for repair.
Note: If there is significant damage to the PCB, or the issue involves dozens of chips, we may deem the device irreparable. This is uncommon, and arrangements are often made for partial repair, or discount replacement.

The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package(s) and on the packing list(s) that accompany your shipment. Any comments, non-conformity reports, or special instructions should also be included.
